● Programs for Everyone: We offer Individual and Group Training, regardless of your age, gender, or fitness level.
For Groups, we offer a package deal.
● Your Goals Are Our Goals: Since we consider you as a partner, your contribution will involve telling us what your goals are and letting us know if you have any health issues or physical restrictions.
We will work with you to set milestones. Then we will monitor your progress with body fat, weight, and heart rate measurements so you will always know how close you are to achieving your goals.
● Effective Results: You can rely on our over 20 years of experience and training certifications to provide effective results. Your training will be customized because everyone’s needs and capabilities are different.
● Comfort & Safety: We will always work within your physical limits to ensure that your sessions are gentle and
non-painful. We will teach you proper form so you can train on your own without getting hurt.
● Accomplishment: We want you to be happy and excited you got what you needed to progress – and that you are confident you can reach your goals.

● Scheduling Is Available: All our programs are available seven days a week. You set the number of weekly sessions you would like to do.
We have found it most effective to train three to six days a week, one to two hours a day. However, you can always create a custom schedule that fits your lifestyle.
