Robert Hatch is the owner and operator of The Body Syndicate and brings more than 20 years of deep training and fitness knowledge to his enterprise. Robert has worked with clients of all ages (his oldest client to date is 102!) and from all walks of life, including athletes and others who simply want to improve their body’s shape and fitness capabilities.
Robert’s mission is to add value and excellence to all of his training programs. He believes in educating his clients about how to reach their goals, then guiding and encouraging them to use techniques that will bring success.
Robert is the creator of The Quantum Body Method https://vimeo.com/13915547 and is a former Mr. California (2006). Based on his successes in fitness, there is no question that Robert knows how to help his clients achieve their training goals.
To ensure his clients will achieve lasting benefits from their experience with the Body Syndicate, Robert personally selects and trains his staff to provide effective training methods that will achieve desired levels of fitness or athletic performance.

Nick’s ISSA Certification is based on proven methods that will help his clients improve their fitness levels so they can have more confidence in the ability of their bodies to do what they want.
Nick recently completed 6 years of Air Force active duty and is now in the reserves. During his time overseas he was in charge of the physical training program of all new troops being stationed at his base. He conducted physical training tests as well as deployment workout regimens.
Nick’s approach is to help every client achieve whatever fitness goals they have in mind. He carefully crafts each program to match a client’s fitness level, capabilities, and workout time availability.
AJ Castañon
Personal Trainer
AJ has more than 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and is also a competitive boxer. Originally from Texas, AJ began his fitness journey after finding a love for football. He has worked with clients training for boxing as well as with those just looking for weight training and conditioning. AJ has been with The Body Syndicate for two years.

Juan has been a personal trainer for 4 years, working with clients from 15 to 90 years of age.
He specializes in muscle growth, fascial stretching, weight loss, strength & conditioning as well as TRX group training.
TRX is a unique Suspension Training technique that uses adjustable straps, gravity, and your own bodyweight to perform fitness exercises scientifically proven to improve total-body strength, stability, and cardiovascular health
